David and Tina Beale, representing the Bennie and Martha Benjamin Foundation, visited the Associate Degree Nursing Program on the St. Croix Campus to see the new equipment provided for the Nursing Skills Lab this past year. Along with UVI President, LaVerne Ragster (center right), the Beales were given a demonstration of the new equipment by skills lab instructor Janzie Allmacher. A plaque expressing appreciation to the Foundation for the donation of the new equipment was dedicated in memory of Bennie and Martha Benjamin.
The Beales are special friends of the University and of the people of the Virgin Islands who benefit so much from the continuing legacy of Bennie Benjamin.
