Welcome
The faculty of the Associate of Science in Nursing Program on the St. Croix
Campus welcome you to our
website. Information is available about a career in nursing, and about
opportunities for you at the University of the Virgin Islands. We hope
that you will feel free to contact us or come by and visit us in person to find
out more.
Our Mission
The associate of science degree program in nursing is designed to prepare
graduates to assess, plan, implement, manage and evaluate nursing care
competently for clients with common predictable health problems.
Our Campus
The St. Croix Campus offers students the opportunity to enjoy a quality

Accreditation
The program is accredited by
the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission, 61 Broadway 33rd Floor,
New York, New York 10006 (800-669-1656 ext. 153). The most recent
accreditation site visit took place in the fall of 2001 and resulted in full
re-accreditation of the program for eight years.
