VIERS - Virgin Islands Environmental Research Station  The Virgin Islands Environmental Research Station is operated for the University of the Virgin Islands by Clean Islands International, a nonprofit, environmental education organization. VIERS is a facility of the University of the Virgin Islands situated in the Virgin Islands National Park on St. John. It provides opportunities for visitors of all ages and interests to discover the local environment.
