UVI Offers Financial Aid Counseling to Help Students Meet New Tuition Rates
At its annual meeting on June 14, 2008, UVI's Board of Trustees approved a new tuition, room rate and fee schedule, which will be phased in over three years beginning with the Fall 2008 semester.

New and returning students needing assistance identifying funding options should contact the University's Financial Aid Office at 340-693-1090 on St. Thomas, on St. Croix at 340-692-4193, or by email at mgilchr@uvi.edu. For scholarship information students should call the Office of Institutional Advancement at 340-693-1043 or send email to aelliot@uvi.edu.

Gap Funding Assistance Offered
to Assist with Tuition Increase

Gap scholarship assistance is available for the Fall 2008 semester at a rate of $82.50 for residents and $247.50 for non-residents.

Students requiring assistance must complete an application for Gap Scholarship Assistance. The forms are available from the UVI Financial Aid and Institutional Advancement offices on the St. Thomas and St. Croix campuses and from this link:
