  • NEW! The US Department of Energy has awarded a new grant to fund a Cybersecurity HBCU-UP Initiative. UVI is a participant in this program and will offer 6 fellowships with an $800 monthly stipend for research. Interested students must have a strong desire to pursue degrees in cybersecurity. To apply, complete the ECS Application.

  • Additional funding is available for students from ALL MAJORS to apply for a paid internship in environmental or health science related field through ECS. To be considered, we encourage you to submit an ECS application right away.

  • NOTICE: There will be no 2015 Spring Symposium. Instead, we encourage students to submit abstracts (due Feb. 20th) to present at UVI Research Day, to take place on both campuses on April 9th.
