Brookhaven National Laboratory in partnership with UVI's Caribbean Green Technology Center, the National Park Service and the USVI Department of Education-St. Thomas/St. John School District will conduct the second annual environmental education workshop - the Open Space Stewardship Workshop – for St. Thomas secondary public school teachers. Fifteen teachers participated in the first workshop in September 2011.

“The feedback was wonderful," said CGTC Director Wayne Archibald. "Both trainers and teachers were pleased with the outcomes and that led us to expanding and improving on the previous workshop.”
