The Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program on the Albert A. Sheen Campus invites members of the UVI community to the commissioning ceremony for Khalid D. Matthew on Jan. 23.

 

The ceremony will take place in the Great Hall at 1 p.m. and UVI's President Dr. David Hall will represent the University.
