Young men ages 12 to 16 in the St. Croix community are invited to participate in a forum on sexual responsibility for teenage males as part of a program known as Project Alpha. The forum will run from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Great Hall on UVI’s Albert A. Sheen Campus.
