·          April 12 – Educators & Guidance Counselors gateway
·          April 19 – Research section
·          April 23 – Access & Enrollment Services section
·          May 3 – Academics section
·          May 10 – Community Services section
·          May 17 – Student Life section
 
All meetings will begin at 10 a.m. in the library conference rooms on both campuses. Upon request, video conferencing is available to the St. John Academic Center.
