Accounts Receivable Write-Office Policy [October 2012]
Awarding Honorary Doctoral Degrees - The purpose of this policy is to communicate the criteria for nominating, selecting and awarding UVI honorary doctoral degrees.
 Cell Phone Use Policy [June 2009] - The purpose of this policy is to bring the University in compliance with the IRS code for cellular phone use and to provide uniform guidelines for the purchase, use, and payment of cell phones.

 Golden Jubilee Logo Policy [December 2011] - This policy states the standards by which the UVI Golden Jubilee logo may be utilized.
  
 Health Services Emergency Response Procedures [October 2008] - This policy states how the St. Thomas UVI campus community should respond to emergencies during and after traditional business hours.  
Human Resources Policy Manual [2012] - The purpose of this policy manual is to establish a system of employment and perpetuates centralized and standardized principles of public employment.

 International Student Manual [January 2007] - This information was prepared to familiarize prospective students with admissions to UVI and U.S. Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service processing.

 Mediation Guidelines and Procedures [May 2008] - UVI has an In-house Mediation Program that provides an alternative non-binding approach to dispute resolution. 
  
Opportunities and Strategies to Sustain the ITS Organization [May 2009] - This document specifically addresses the sustainability of leadership and technical skills in the Information and Technology Services (ITS) Component of the University to produce continuous high-quality services.
  
 Procurement Card Policy [April 2010] - This policy applies to all university employees that have been issued a procurement card for use in making direct purchases from vendors.
  
 Sexual Harassment Policy [June 2011] - This policy states how the University community can report observance of and/or complaints about sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, and unlawful sexual contact.
Student Code of Conduct [May 2012] - The University’s Student Code of Conduct is designed to maintain order and to foster positive student development at UVI by establishing behavioral standards conducive to a higher educational learning environment.
  
 Student Employment Hiring Procedures for Supervisors - This document was developed by the University's Counseling & Placement Services unit to assist supervisors in soliciting student employment requests.
  
Title III Policies & Procedures Manual [May 2010] - The purpose of this document is to provide guidance to designated project directors for those projects funded by the U.S. Department of Education Title III program.
Tuition Remission Policy and Tuition Exchange Program [June 2010] - Tuition remission is a benefit that waives tuition for courses, graduate or undergraduate, taken at UVI by full time University employees (faculty and staff), their spouses, and their eligible dependent children.  The University of the Virgin Islands recognizes that dependents of eligible employees may desire to attend another institution that is a member of Tuition Exchange, Inc., for purposes of continuing their studies.
  
Understanding Internal Controls - This document was developed by the Office of the Internal Auditor to provide the University community with the tools to establish, properly document, maintain, and adhere to the University’s system of internal controls.
