Board of Trustees
The UVI Board of Trustees is the policy making body for the institution. The Board consists of 17 voting trustees.

Information & Technology Services
ITS provides technology solutions and information resources, which includes operating UVI libraries, computer labs, and telecommunication and network infrastructure.

Institutional Advancement
Institutional Advancement obtains external resources to support UVI initiatives and manages the University's image.

President
The Office of the President is the lead component for executive management of the University.

Provost
The Office of the Provost is the lead component for the academic areas of the University.

Research & Public Service
UVI's Research and Public Service unit of the University of the Virgin Islands is a cost-effective, outcome-oriented learning organization, whose outputs support the university’s mission in the areas of public service and research.
