International Computer Driving License (ICDL)
Does the technological lingo you've been hearing about computers leave you baffled? Here's your chance to increase your fundamental computer concepts and skills with a globally recognized training and certification program.
Learn about the basic functions of the computer and its operating system. You will be taught how to prepare word processing documents, develop spreadsheets, create tables, sort and find data using Access and develop slide presentations utilizing Power Point. Master the web using search engines, become email savvy by learning to send, receive, and attach documents as well as organize message folders and directories.
Praxis II Tutorial
This tutorial prepares teachers for the Praxis II exam so that they can be designated as higly qualified in order to meet the mandates of the No Child Left Behind Act. UVICELL has partnered with the V.I. Department of Education to offer a free tutorial for public school teachers. The program is administered by the UVICELL Center and funded by the V.I.
