The Cooperative Extension Service (CES) of the University of the Virgin Islands (UVI) State Strengthening (STST) project has identified two sites to operate the CYFAR ( Children Youth and Family at Risk ) Program. The St.Croix site is located at the Croixville Apartments and theSt. Thomas site site is located at the Kirwan Terrace center.
