There is a unique 2 week Summer Course from May 13-27 at the University of the Virgin Islands that is worth 3 credit points.  At the end of the course participants will be awarded a "Certificate in Global Leadership."

 

Given that effective leadership is vital for running any organization successfully, this special course is designed to provide training and education from a multi-discipline perspective to equip future leaders anywhere in the world who are passionate about making a difference.

 

The course will not only provide training and development to college/university students aspiring to be future leaders-both locally and internationally-but will also provide training and development to any worker in any organization who aspires to move towards top leadership positions in this dynamic global environment.  The course is currently listed in the University of the Virgin Islands handbook and website as BUS 400 (for undergraduates) and BUS 540 (for graduates) Summer Institute Global Leaders.

 

The intensive course is designed for students and workers in any area of the following disciplines: Business, Education, Liberal Arts, Social Science, Nursing, Science, Mathematics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Tourism and Hospitality, Social Work, Public Administration, Communication, etc.

 

Participants in the course may also be able to attend the Inaugural "International Conference on Leadership, Management and Strategic Development" the we are planning to have at the beginning of the Summer Institute course.  More information can be found on:
