Description
The Labor Investing for Tomorrow (LIFT) summer internship program is now in its 24th year and continues to provide college juniors, seniors and graduate students with meaningful work and internship experience in their chosen career field.
Eligibility Criteria
- GPA must be 2.8 or better on a 4.0 scale
- Applicant must be between the ages of 18-25, inclusive
- Applicant must be presently in college or graduate school and must have completed at least 60 credit hours
Application Instructions
- Interested applicants should visit www.vidol.gov to download an application or visit the Department of Labor Office on St. Croix
- Interested applicants can also pick-up an application from UVI Counseling and Career Services Office
- Completed applications must be returned to the Assistant Commissioner, Employment and Training on St. Thomas
