  Upward Bound is a college preparatory program funded by the U.S. Department of Education. It is designed to generate the skills and motivation for academic success in high school and beyond.

• Who is eligible for Upward Bound at UVI?
  

  Students attending a Virgin Islands High School in the 9th grade or above, with at least a "C" average and who are enrolled in a college preparatory program.
