The ITS helpdesk provides technical support to students, faculty
and staff. The ITS helpdesk can be contacted by phone at 693-1466 or by
email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Requests for technical assistance are logged into our helpdesk
call ticketing system which can be accessed at http://helpdesk.uvi.edu.
Staff and Faculty have access to the helpdesk call ticketing system and can
track the status of their technical requests by clicking on login. The username
and password are the same as your domain login.
The helpdesk is physically located at the service desks of the
St. Croix library and the Ralph M. Paiewonsky library in St. Thomas.
The helpdesk hours of operation are as follows:
Monday – Thursday 8am – 10 pm
Friday – 8am – 8pm
Saturday 10am – 5pm
Sunday – 1pm – 8pm
