Banner is the UVI administrative computing system for management of student and personnel records and processes.
UVI utilizes the Student, Finance, Human Resources and Financial Aid modules of Banner.
As a UVI employee, you will use Banner Employee Self Service, or BanWeb, to access your personnel data. Log on to myCampus with your domain login and password and click on the Banweb icon in the Staff Launchpad.
TOPdesk is used by UVI to track all help desk calls. As users call the help desk to report a problem with an ITS function, the help desk staff enters the call into the software and assigns the incident to the appropriate ITS department.
Once the incident has been logged, you will receive a confirmation email with an incident number; give this number the helpdesk agent when you’re checking the status of your request.
