Where can I download software to install on my computer?
Log on to myCampus, https://mycampus.uvi.edu and click on the "Software List" link to download software provided by ITS, including the latest version of Microsoft Office for PC and MAC.
How do I log on to a UVI computer?
You will be prompted for your login information in order to use a computer in the lab. This is used to track your printing and determine the availability of funds on your account. Your username is your nine digit UVI ID number. Your default password will be the first letter of your first and last name and the last six digits of your student id number.
What is my user name and password?
Your domain and myCampus logins are linked. If you change your domain password, myCampus will also automatically change. Your username is your nine digit UVI ID number; your default password will be the first letters of your first and last name and the last six digits of your student id number.
Your student email account password is not linked to your domain password and will not be affected by changes made to your domain password. Your email account can be accessed by clicking the Gmail link on https://mycampus.uvi.edu. What is PCounter?
PCounter is a print management system that ITS utilizes to manage print jobs.
What is the cost of printing?
Students are given a balance of $40.00 at the beginning of each semester. The cost for printing is $0.10 per page for black and white prints and $0.50 per page for color prints.
How do I add funds to my PCounter account?
Once the $40 is expended, you can add funds to your account at the Library Circulation Desk. For more information, please call the Helpdesk at 693-1466.
