Where can I download software to install on my computer?
Log in to access Inside UVI and click on the "Software List" link to download software provided by ITS, including Microsoft Office 2007.

How do I log on to a UVI computer?
You will be prompted for your login information in order to use a computer in the lab. This is used to track your printing and determine the availability of funds on your account. Your username is your nine digit UVI ID number.  Your default password is "welcomeuvi".

What is my user name and password?
For computer lab access, your username is your nine digit UVI ID number. Your default password is "welcomeuvi".
For Blackboard access, your username is your nine digit UVI ID number. Your default password is "welcomeuvi".
For Ban Web/ BUCSS Services access, your username is your nine digit UVI ID number. Your pin number can be retrieved by contacting the Registrar's Office.

What is PCounter?
PCounter is a print management software package that is designed to manage print jobs.

What is the cost of printing?
Students are given a balance of 200 pages ($20.00) at the beginning of each semester. Each time a page is printed, $0.10 will be deducted from your initial balance of 200 copies. Once the 200 copies are expended, you will have to add funds to your account.

How do I add funds to my PCounter account?
Funds can be added to your PCounter account at the Library Circulation Desk. For more information, please call the Helpdesk at 693-1466.
