The Office of Institutional Advancement (OIA) supports, encourages and promotes the University's academic mission, vision and philanthropic goals. It nurtures lifelong connections, fosters relationships with students, alumni, community and other consituents, and provides communications support and public visibility.

The OIA also promotes the image (internal and external) of the University by providing communications media and services designed to enhance retention, enrollment and fundraising efforts.

The OIA has developed a Framework For Excellence - a Strategic Plan 2008-2013. The following strategic areas are key to the success of OIA:
