Seaborne Update Requires UVI Travelers to Obtain Tickets Before Making Reservations

UVI travelers using Seaborne Airlines must now obtain tickets from the UVI Purchasing Office prior to making their reservations. Seaborne has informed UVI that reservations cannot be entered into the new system unless the traveler furnishes the airline with specific ticket numbers.
