  • Academic Division
    The University's academic division, program offerings, class schedules, important dates and resources such as the undergraduate catalog and the graduate bulletin.

  • Administration and Finance
    Administration and Finance manages the fiscal aspects of the University, including budget allocation, distribution and employee benefits.

  • Admissions
    The Admissions Office guides prospective students from inquiry to admission to registration.

  • Board of Trustees
    The UVI Board of Trustees is the policy making body for the institution. The Board consists of 17 voting trustees.

  • Bookstore
    The University operates bookstores on both campuses to meet students' academic and general needs.

  • Campus Advising and Tutorial Services (C.A.T.S.)
    A cocurricular resource to support UVI students.

  • Career Services
    For your student employment and career development needs.

  • Caribbean Exploratory Research Center for Excellence
    Providing administrative structure, coordination and resources to facilitate research and education on health disparities.

  • Community Engagement and Lifelong Learning (CELL) Center
    UVI CELL provides professional development courses, workforce training and certificate programs.

  • Cooperative Extension Service (CES)
    CES offers relevant programs needed by the community in the areas of agriculture and natural resources, including 4-H and consumer services programs.

  • Counseling Services

    Disability services provide individuals with disabilities and their families with the tools and resources necessary to enhance their quality of life.

  • Eastern Caribbean Center
    ECC consists of a Research Institute and a Conservation Data Center which compile, analyze and desseminate demographic, social, economic, natural resource and socioeconomic data.

  • EPSCoR
    The Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research promotes the development of the territory's science and technology resources.

  • Financial Aid
    The Financial Aid Office provides monetary aid to qualified students to help assist with education related costs.

  • Human Resources
    The Human Resources Office provides information about employment opportunities, employment services and benefits along with employee policy handbooks.

  • Information & Technology Services
    ITS provides technology solutions and information resources, which includes operating UVI libraries, computer labs, and telecommunication and network infrastructure.

  • Institutional Advancement
    Institutional Advancement obtains external resources to support UVI initiatives and manages the University's image.

  • Institutional Effectiveness
    The goal of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness is to provide internal and external constituencies with an accurate and complete understanding of how the institution is advancing its mission.

  • Institutional Research & Planning
    The Office of IRP collects, organizes, analyzes and distributes data about UVI to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Library
    UVI has libraries on the St. Thomas and St. Croix campuses, which provide books, special collections and other resources for student research.

  • Office of the Campus Executive Administrators
    Campus Executive Administrators oversee the Student Affairs and Operations of both campuses.

  • Office of the President
    The Office of the President is the lead component for executive management of the University.

  • Office of the Provost
    The Office of the Provost is the lead component for the academic areas of the University.

  • Office of the Vice Provost
    The Office of the Vice Provost has oversight for the Research and Public Service Component.

  • Physical Plant
    The Physical Plant Department provides general maintenance of the University's grounds and facilities, along with transportation and messenger services.

  • Public Relations
    The Public Relations Office provides public information about the University, conducts media relations and is generally responsible for the University's image.

  • Purchasing Department
    Purchasing works to provide procurement of goods and services for all segments of the University.

  • Registrar
    The Registrar's Office is responsible for student registration and academic records including official transcripts.

  • Security Department
    The Security Department fosters safe and secure campuses 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • Small Business Development Center
    The SBDC provides small business education, training, technical and management assistance to help create and expand small businesses.

  • Student Exchange Programs
    Student Exchange Programs provide UVI students with the opportunity to earn course credit while learning about new cultures and experiencing a new learning environment at other institutions.

  • Student Life and Services
    Student Life and Services fosters student development and leadership through social, cultural and recreational programs outside of the classroom.

  • Upward Bound
    Upward Bound is a college preparatory program designed to generate academic success in high school students while preparing them for success at the University level.
