Students

  • Welcome to Dining at the University of the Virgin Islands. We hope your stay with us is both educational and nutritious. We’d like to tell you a little about what we do on campus.
  • There are two meal plans that are available to all on-campus students — commuting students are also welcome to purchase a meal plan as well. Our plans are as follows:

Meal Plan A:  ($2,675.00) Seven (7) day meal plan with three (3) meals per day Monday through Saturday and two (2) meals on Sunday; twenty (20) meals weekly

Meal Plan B: ($1,875.00) Seven (7) day meal plan with two meals per day Monday through Sunday; fourteen (14) meals weekly

Your University of the Virgin Islands ID serves as your meal card and gives you access to the Dining Pavilion and all its services. This card is a valuable tool and you must present it to the cashier at every meal.

  • We hope you enjoy eating with us at the Dining Pavilion, and enjoy our service and selection.
  • Our Dining Pavilion is located on the upper campus nestled right in the middle of our Residence Halls and we feature many cuisines to suit many palates and dietary needs.
  • Special events are great breaks in the usual routine and give our staff a chance to show off their skills and join you in having a little fun at lunch or dinner.
  • Check out our regular hours of operations:

Student ID cards should be kept secure at all times. You are responsible for any misuse of your card until it is reported lost or stolen. If you lose your ID card, please report it lost by reporting the loss to the Student Housing Office or to the Dining Services Supervisor.

You may continue eating in the dining hall. After reporting your card lost, simply approach the monitor at in the dining hall and tell them that your card has been reported lost. A manager will be called and a meal will be removed. Your card must be replaced within 24 hours of reporting the loss or your dining privileges will be revoked.

Meal Conflicts

Conflicts necessitating a take-out meal are arranged at the beginning of the semester.  Meal conflict forms may be picked up at the Student Housing Office. Verification of conflict(s) will be required.

Under-the-Weather Meals

Under the Weather Meals are available to residents who are too sick or physically disabled to attend regular meals in the dining halls. Under the Weather Meal permits can be obtained from the Resident Assistant or the Student Housing Office. The permit must be signed by the campus nurse for validation. The resident's friend, along with the ID of the resident needing the Under the Weather Meal, must accompany the signed permit.
