Welcome to The Albert A. Sheen Campus of the University of Virgin Islands website of the Campus Executive Administrator. The Campus Executive Administrator is the Chief Student Affairs and Operations Officer. The CEA is responsible for student affairs (career services, counseling, food services, health center, judicial affairs, orientation, on-campus housing, student activities) business services (bookstore, cashier, payroll, purchasing) campus security, grounds/facilities maintenance, and capital projects. The CEA also serves as the Title IX Coordinator. Thank you for your interest in the myriad programs and services of our component.

This site, along with our departmental sites, is designed to provide you with general information regarding the many programs and services available within the division of Student Affairs and Campus Operations at The University of the Virgin Islands on St. Croix. More specific information is readily available by contacting the requisite offices via telephone or e-mail.

The CEA component is charged with supporting the academic mission of the University by providing services and programs that enhance classroom experiences.  In doing so, staffs are charged with designing programs that provide students with opportunities to hone skills learned in the classroom as well as by providing support services such as residential living, psychological counseling, health services, and career exploration.

With all of these efforts, my hope is that our students more fully realize their potential while learning and growing during their enrollment at the university. Students are our number one priority and stakeholder. At the University of the Virgin Islands we are Specializing in Futures.
