The administrative offices of the University of the Virgin Islands on the St. Thomas campus have been consolidated in one location at the newly remodeled Administration and Conference Center (ACC), the former Harvey Center location. The ACC overlooks Brewer's Bay. The offices include those of the President, Provost and Vice Provost, along with Enrollment Management, Accounting, Human Resources and others. The new ACC opened on Monday, Oct. 1, 2007.

On the St. Croix campus, most administrative offices are located in the Melvin E. Evans Center, located in the heart of the campus.
