Less the Stress Presentation to be Held on Oct. 24

If you are feeling stressed and irritable, then I encourage you to attend the Less the Stress Presentation to learn practical and proven strategies that will decrease your stress, improve your energy, and build your resilience.

This presentation will be held from 4:45 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2017, in the Counseling and Career Conference Room (located in the same building as the Student Housing Office). Faculty, students, and staff are invited to attend.
