Certified Public Manager Program Graduation Ceremony on the Albert A. Sheen Campus

Launched in July 2013, the Virgin Islands Certified Public Managers (VI-CPM) Program at the University of the Virgin Islands (UVI) is a collaborative effort between the Division of personnel (DOP) in the Office of the Governor and the University of the Virgin Islands Institute for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (ILOE).  This program, managed and delivered by UVI-ILOE on both the St. Croix and St. Thomas campuses, is a nationally accredited, academic and professional development initiative and is produced in partnership with the Government of the US Virgin Islands.  In August 2014, the VI-CPM graduated 43 members in its inaugural cohort representing government sector managers in the St. Croix and St. Thomas-St. John districts.

VI-CPM classes are held on St. Thomas and St. Croix at the University of the Virgin Islands over a 12-month period.
