The ITS Helpdesk is available to provide technical assistance to students, faculty and staff. The ITS Helpdesk can be contacted by phone at 340-693-1466 or by email at email@example.com. You can also use the chat feature on this page and to connect with a technician during our hours of operation.
If your telephone call is not answered, please leave a voicemail and a technician will contact you to provide you with assistance. When leaving a voicemail please include your full name, ID number, email address, telephone number and a brief description of your issue. A service ticket will be created in our ticketing system and you will receive an email with you ticket number.
ITS Helpdesk is physically located at the service desks of the Library on the both campuses.

The helpdesk hours of operation are as follows:
Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
Saturday and Sunday – Closed
