UVI’s degree programs feature award-winning faculty. Students within these majors compete and win international honors and competitions.

Simulation Center

Our campuses feature interactive technology to spur student learning. Both campuses include smart classrooms and laboratories, comprehensive videoconferencing system, a digital library collection, Innovation Centers, and WiFi. UVI has invested in a cloud-based portal and mobile app allows students and employees to stay connected to UVI from anywhere.

UVI Libraries

The libraries on the St. Thomas and St. Croix campuses house 15,000 eBooks and 90,000 print publications. UVI has been one of the founding members and co-administrative hosts of the Digital Library of the Caribbean offering more than 2.5 million pages of content since 2004.

Small class size

Small class sizes allow students to have meaningful and individualized interactions with their professors. UVI’s low student-teacher ratio of 12:1 creates a nurturing environment in which students can thrive.

Happy UVI Students
UVI’s affordable tuition has made college education a reality for students who otherwise could not afford higher education. Many students can be the first in their family to go to college.
