In keeping with tradition, the Afternoon on the Green planning committee is seeking theme ideas from the community for the 32nd annual event. To enter the theme contest, ideas must be submitted by Dec. 31 and the winner will be announced in the new year. The winner will receive two event tickets, UVI branded gifts and bragging rights!
As luck would have it, the 2024 Afternoon on the Green is scheduled on St. Patrick’s Day, Sun., March 17 from Noon to 5 p.m. at the Orville E. Kean Campus on St. Thomas. With a packed schedule of musical entertainment, cultural activities and family fun, the event promises to have something for everyone in addition to a feast of local delicacies.
