UVI is developing a proposed Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Distillation and Beverage Production to train the next generation of Caribbean distillers, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders.
This hands-on program will combine technical skill-building with entrepreneurship, branding, compliance, and export logistics.
Designed with input from regional and international industry partners, the program will prepare graduates to launch their own spirits brands or work in distilleries worldwide. UVI invites feedback from the community to help shape this proposed program.
