Dear UVI Alumni, Friends and Community Partners,
As I reflect on my first months as Vice President for Institutional Advancement, I am filled with gratitude and optimism. Immersing myself in the vibrant culture of the Virgin Islands and the powerful legacy of UVI has deepened my appreciation for the role this institution plays in shaping futures and strengthening our community.
I've had the privilege of engaging with students, faculty, alumni and supporters—and a common thread has emerged: a shared commitment to UVI’s continued success. This spirit aligns seamlessly with our strategic plan, Grand Momentum, which is already driving progress in academic excellence, innovation and access.
We are also preparing to launch an exciting new fundraising campaign that will invite our entire community to invest in UVI’s bold future. Your engagement will be key to its success.
As we look ahead to Homecoming 2025, happening October 30–November 2 on both campuses, I encourage you to join us in celebrating our legacy and reaffirming our shared purpose. UVI thrives because of you—our alumni, neighbors and champions.
