The University of the Virgin Islands’ Reichhold Center for the Arts (RCA) is proud to announce the digital release of The Fearkeeper.

Created through the annual Youth Moviemaking Workshop (YMW), an RCA community outreach program, the suspenseful short film follows five students trapped overnight in a haunted asylum-turned-school, where they must face their darkest fears against the sinister Fearkeeper. Echoing laughter and chilling encounters force them to unite in a gripping tale of courage, teamwork, and resilience.

Directed by Gabriella J. Munzar, the project features a talented youth cast and crew who gained hands-on experience in screenwriting, directing, filming, and editing during the seven-week program led by members of the RCA team. Behind the camera, participants worked together to bring the story to life, highlighting the creativity and vision of the territory’s young filmmakers.
