The Office of the Controller is a unit within the Office of Business and Fiscal Affairs of the University of the Virgin Islands. The Office is located in the Administration and Conference Center (ACC Building), second floor room 207. Hours of operation are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. The office encompasses five primary functions:
Banner Finance Access
Banner Finance access is available to University employees whose job responsibilities require access to financial information or the initiation, review, or approval of financial transactions. Employees requesting Banner Finance access must complete the required Banner Finance training and submit the Banner Finance Access Request Form.

Required Banner Finance Training
Completion of all three Banner Finance training modules is mandatory for Banner Finance access. Each module includes a training video and assessment.
All three modules must be completed in full, and a minimum score of 80% is required on each assessment. Employees must enter their name and department when completing each assessment.
