Members of the media are invited to cover and photograph the University of the Virgin Islands Residence Hall Move-in Day for new students on the Albert A. Sheen Campus on St. Croix and on the St. Thomas Campus on Tuesday, Aug. 13.
New Student Convocation will be held in the Great Hall on the Albert A. Sheen Campus on St. Croix on Wednesday, Aug. 14, and on the St. Thomas Campus on Aug. 15. These activities are mandatory for new students. Orientation ensures that they will have a successful transition into UVI. Students will receive a medallion from the University President and are welcomed by faculty and staff dressed in academic regalia.
The fall semester begins on Monday, August 19.
