Deadline to Apply for Spring 2026 graduation is Sunday, March 15, 2026.  

Steps to Apply for Graduation: Spring 2026

The deadline to apply is Sunday, March 15, 2026.  

1. Login to MyCampus.uvi.edu
2. Click on BanWeb
3. Select the Student Tab
4. Go to Student Profile
5. Under Student Profile, select Application to Graduate.
6. Select the term Spring 2026, then proceed with the remaining information.

Orville E. Kean Campus (St. Thomas)- May 12th to May 13th, 2026 | 10:00 am to 5 p.m. | LaVerne E. Ragster ACC Building Conference Room- 2nd Floor

Albert A. Sheen Campus (St. Croix)-  May 12th to May 13th, 2026 | 10:00 am to 5:00 pm | The Alumni Office, Room REC 107 

CAP and  Gown Pick-up Information

Orville E. Kean campus (St. Thomas):   April 27 to May 12, 2026  from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Albert A. Sheen campus (St. Croix):      April 29 to May 12, 2026 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Graduation Rehearsal

Orville E. Kean campus (St. Thomas):  Monday, May 11, 2026 at 4:00 pm | Sports and Fitness Center

Albert A. Sheen campus (St. Croix):     Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 3:30 pm | Island Center

Rehearsal is mandatory.

Cap and Gown and Diploma 

In order to receive cap and gowns, student must first apply for graduation via MyCampus.

Participation:

• Only students who have met all graduation requirements can participate in the Commencement Ceremony. All undergraduate students must have completed all required classes in their major with a minimum grade of (C) and a cumulative 2.00 GPA.

• All graduate students must have completed all required classes in their major with a minimum grade of (B) and a cumulative 3.00 GPA. As a graduate student, you are allowed a maximum of two (C) grades.
