Tame Your Stress

In observance of Depression Awareness Day, October 6, 2016 M. Roebuck (from the VI Division of Mental Health) will share stress management information. Stress can lead to other serious conditions such as anxiety, depression, drug and alcohol usage, sleep, and eating disorders. Relationships and college performance can also suffer if stress is not 'tamed'.  Learn about stress and how to 'tame' it in your life.
