Due to heavy rains expected this week, organizers at the University of the Virgin Islands’ (UVI) Reichhold Center for the Arts (RCA) have decided to move the location of the Blue Horizon UB40 Concert from the outdoor golf course on the Orville E. Kean campus to the Elridge Blake Sports and Fitness Center. The concert will still take place as scheduled on Sunday, August 18, at 6 p.m. Gates open at 5 p.m.
